Hawkwood
Manga · 2010
Hawkwood is a Japanese manga by Tommy Ōtsuka starring John Hawkwood, a real 14th-century figure, and portraying the Hundred Years' War as his youth. Much of Hawkwood's early life is unknown; the Battle of Crécy shown at the climax is real history, but Hawkwood's part in it is the author's invention.
