Itsudemo Otenki Kibun
Manga
Itsudemo Otenki Kibun is a Japanese manga by Marimo Ragawa, serialized irregularly in Hana to Yume (Hakusensha) from issue 13 of 1993 and in Bessatsu Hana to Yume from 2002, ending in the May 2014 issue (March 26, 2014). It was collected in 7 volumes. Because of its long, irregular run, its three high school years are drawn with the trends of each period, so volumes 2 and 4 feel different even in the same school year.
