Kagemusha Tokugawa Ieyasu is a historical novel by Keiichirō Ryū. Building on the setting of his Yoshiwara Gomenjō series, it imagines that Tokugawa Ieyasu was actually assassinated by the Western army at the Battle of Sekigahara and replaced by a body double. It was serialized in the Shizuoka Shimbun from January 4, 1986 to November 30, 1988, published by Shinchosha in two volumes in 1989, and released in three paperback volumes in 1993.
