Keishichō 24-ji
Manga
Keishichō 24-ji is a Japanese gag manga by Hideki Owada, serialized in Monthly Shōnen Ace (Kadokawa Shoten) from the May 2001 issue to the March 2004 issue. It is set in the Tokyo of the early 2000s, when it was published, at the fictional Fujimi police station. A story-driven police gag manga with occasional nods to the buzzwords and news of the day, it features wild stories: officers shooting down missiles with their bare hands, clashes with biker gangs, arrests that turn into street battles, a yakuza gang crushed for violating the anti-littering ordinance, a tournament of the world's secret police forces, and even a conspiracy that threatens humanity.
