Kimun Kamui
Manga · 1999 · Completed
Kimun Kamui is a Japanese manga by Yoshihiro Saegusa, serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine (Kodansha) from issue 12 to issue 51 of 1999. 'Kimun Kamui' is Ainu for 'god of the mountains', from the Ainu worship of the brown bear as a mountain god. Saegusa had drawn documentary-style one-shots on war and medical issues for the magazine, and this was his only serialization there.
