Yagura Arashi is a Japanese sumo manga by Big Jō, serialized in Weekly Shōnen King (Shōnen Gahōsha) from 1972 to 1973. Hero Sankichi Arashi comes to Tokyo, joins a weak sumo stable, debuts in maezumō, loses his stablemaster and fights his rival Gō Daigo before winning the jonidan championship. Set in 1972, as it was serialized, it covers less than a year from the summer to the Kyushu tournament, tied in with real events such as Takamiyama's rank-and-file championship in Nagoya and Kotozakura's comeback win in Kyushu.
